TWO Full-Length Staged Readings of the play, Between the Lines - February 28, 2027 (The Scripteasers) & March 2027 (La Jolla Library)

BETWEEN THE LINES is a sharp, heartfelt comedy about five women, thirty years of friendship, and the messy truths hiding behind seemingly perfect lives. When a younger newcomer joins their longtime book club, lively literary debates and cutting humor give way to unexpected revelations about marriage, motherhood, caregiving, and the fear of starting over. As one woman’s carefully constructed world begins to unravel, the friends must confront the stories they’ve told themselves and discover whether the bonds that have held them together for decades can help them face what comes next. Because sometimes, the most important story is the one we’ve been afraid to tell.
